A corn-y love story? Stone the crows.

A tale from the crypt that is neither all that scary or all that funny, this is a slightly offbeat episode best appreciated by fans of Patricia Arquette.

Arquette stars as Mary Jo, a simple young lass who helps with the chores on the farm. Chelcie Ross is George, who lusts after Mary Jo, but Susan Blommaert plays Luisa, keeping a watchful eye on frisky George. It's irrelevant anyway because Mary Jo seems to think that she's striking up a relationship with a scarecrow in the field.

Tom Holland directs this one, and he also co-wrote the screenplay, but it's simply a time-filler, an episode that makes up the numbers in the second season. Even Holland's previous effort with "Lover Come Hsck To Me" was better. See it once if you're a completist but you probably won't be revisiting it again any time in the future.
