Golf
An episode close to Eric Sykes heart as he was an avid golfer.
Eric and Charles Brown go golfing at the weekends and both cheat each other.
Hattie is fed up being left on her own but she decides to learn all about the game herself rather than hope Eric will play Ludo with her.
Hattie's reading of the golf game is so good. Before long all the pros want tips from Hattie.
Tony Jacklin makes a guest appearance. He plays golf with Eric and Tony cannot get a putt in for toffee unlike Eric.
It is hard to forget that Jacklin was for many years the best golfer that Britain had produced. It was only in the mid 80s when the likes of Sandy Lyle and Nick Faldo started to win the majors that British golf enjoyed a renaissance.
