Storyline

Extortionists kidnap a bank executive and strap a bomb to his chest in order to force him to pay them a fortune. When the bank executive suffers a heart attack, they let him go -- and strap the bomb to Pete Ryan instead. TV debut of Patrick Duffy in a tiny role as a police officer (he has two scenes and is in the dollar-a-day "With" billing); Larry Manetti (as a bomb-disposal expert employed by the cops) and Charles Haid (as the second extortionist) also appear in early roles with better billing.
