Storyline

Much to TODD's dismay, while putting in long hours as a candy striper at Sweet Valley Hospital, Elizabeth befriends Peter Carpenter, a quiet orderly. Winston has taken up the rest of her time with a birthday project for his mother. When Jessica learns that one of Liz's patients is Jeremy Franks, the well known host of "Frankly Speaking", Jess "volunteers" to help herself get a co-host position on the talk show. Unfortunately for Jeremy, Jessica's ability as a candy stripper is nowhere near her sisters. Several accidents and a scheme or two later, Jeremy finally concedes to Jessica.
