The arrest of a con-artist renews interest in an unsolved theft of negotiable bonds that sends Blake in pursuit of a beautiful blonde secretary, Carol Ward. In Honolulu, Blake goes undercover to smoke out the missing bonds and the woman's equally missing partner only to discover, too late, that she was double-crossing the real thief who had followed Blake and Ward to Hawaii to retrieve the stolen documents.
