In the end humans were right, it was Athosians who were a spy. Involuntary one but still.

"Suspicion"

Warning: Spoilers
Major Sheppard's missions are increasingly being ambushed by Wraith opposition, even on planets allegedly uninhabited.
There have been a few close calls and injuries to Atlantis personnel, and the frequency of the ambushes lead Dr Weir and the Atlantis crew to assume that there is a spy in their midst feeding information to the enemy.
Naturally, they assume it's one of the Athosians - couldn't possibly be one of their own. A little bit of galatcical xenophobia there. Cue a lot of paranoia and a lot of gatherings from which the Athosians are banned, until the mole in Atlantis' midst is located and stopped.
A good episode, though not as good as "Thirty-Eight Minutes", which has been the pick of the bunch to this point.
