Love and Betrayal
7 June 2016 | by See all my reviews

The SGC is surprised by the arrival of Shan'auc, an old passion of Teal'c. She claims that she can communicate with her symbiote and has convinced her Goa'uld parasite to help the Tok'Ra in fighting the Goa'uld. Now Shan'auc wants to meet the Tok'Ra to give her fully grown symbiote to a new host to help the rebels. In principle, Teal'c does not believe in Shan'auc but he follows the procedure described by Shan'auc and finds that she has told the truth. Their love rekindles and they travel to meet Anise that offers a new host, Hebron, to Shan'auc's symbiote and brings a young symbiote to her. Shan'auc is very weak when Teal'c returns to the SGC planning to stay with her. Out of the blue, Anise brings her body to the SGC. What might have happened to Shan'auc?

"Crossroads" is an episode of Stargate SG-1 with a story of love and betrayal. The plot has a couple of twists and has a promising conclusion. Teal'c will certainly revenge Shan'auc's death. My vote is eight.
