Did You Know?

Implicitly based on the 1983 Stephen King novel Christine, wherein a man's automobile is possessed of an evil spirit. The machine takes on the nature of a jealous girlfriend and tries to kill any human it sees as a rival for his affections. Since Stephen King novels often contain direct references to Star Trek (1966), this may be Star Trek's way of returning the favor. See more »

As Voyager fires on Alice, the Doctor informs the Captain that she must stop because they are disrupting Tom's neural pathways. At this time, they had not made any sort of connection to Tom or Alice. Tom Paris: All right, all right, hold on - if you were married in 2304 and your daughter was conceived during your eleventh pon farr, that would make you... 162 years old.

Tom Paris: Come on, Tuvok, tell us.
Tuvok: I see no reason to enlighten you.
Harry Kim: Don't tell ...

space is big
14 December 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I love star Trek in all its iterations. But, this is what is wrong with all of the different series. To paraphrase the great Douglas Adams, space is big. Really big. For this man to run a business out in space is preposterous. The possibility that the Voyager crew would EVER come in contact with another race is improbable. Coming into contact with a now race EVERY WEEK. It is to much. The most likely scenario for the Voyager crew is: miraculous transport to the Delta Quadrant escape from the caretaker escape from the Caison eighty years of travel while never coming into contact with another living soul return to Earth generations later
