Cato sends in Erskine, Haber and French to bring out a Dr. Brookman out of New Guinea, who is reluctant to leave. When they reach him, they are surrounded by a Japanese patrol. During their flight French and a nun are captured.

The Americans want Cato to send in a team to bring out a Dr. Brookman out of New Guinea. The doctor is a pacifist and has previously shown a reluctance to come. Cato devises some subterfuge to lure him out and sends Erskine, Haber and French in to get him. Meanwhile, Cato is trying use Dr. Brookman as a lever to get some military codes out of the Americans. Meanwhile, the mission is going slowly as the Japanese patrols are all around. When they meet Dr. Brookman, he agrees to take them to the coast but a Japanese patrol arrives just as they are about to leave. Written by jem
