Twenty high-explosive devices are smuggled into England. (Thou Shalt Not Kill) when Harry and Tom are talking near the lift in Thames house near the beginning, he presses the down button to call the lift but the top button lights up. The grid (where they are going) is also on a higher floor so he should not have pressed the down arrow anyway. See more »
I thought we were equal partners?
Well, we are. Which means that you don't get to stand around and mean well, Tom. You actually have to get off your butt sometimes and do exactly what we tell you.

Approximately 18 minutes, 10 seconds into this episode they show a building after a bombing.
After watching this episode a few times I recognized the building. It is the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK, which was bombed on April 19, 1995. There is also, in the scene, a Chevy truck with the steering wheel on the left side. I have shown this to others more expert that I and they are in agreement.
They did a good job of integrating file footage into the show. I guess that when this show was originally filmed it wasn't planned for viewing outside the UK.
