The Mayor is rethinking running for Senate.

The Mayor is having second thought about running for Senate which is the only thing that has brought Mike and Catlin together. It even appears that Mike and Catlin are, in their own way, starting to get along with one another.

In one of the more funnier story of this episode, Paul and James have teamed up to get back at Stuart for all the practical jokes. At first it does not go well then all of the sudden Paul and James get their sweet revenge on Stuart. But someone needs to tell them what exactly 'is' a practical joke.

There is another story about Carter dating a rich man but there was little excitement in that tale. Overall, the situation with Paul and James was by far one of those laugh-out-loud moments that happen every so often. Thinking about what happened it may not be funny now- but at the time it was brilliantly played by Richard Kind and Alexander Chaplin.

Things are beginning to come together as we hit early in season four. After some story-lines that seemed weak, the writers are back on the saddle with full and interesting topics. This was an episode that brings back the humorous side of the series.
