Charlie makes crustal clear his ever-absent father Ray isn't welcome to his birthday, but Caitlin arranges for him to attend by way of worse surprise gift ever. Due to the mayor's stealing accountant, Winston failed to make suitable charitable donations, so Charlie advises to set up a 'discrete' foundation and leak the news. Among the lunatic competitors, Ray's fake charity CASH easily wins, and he bluffs Charlie won't dare turn in his lousy runaway father as a crook. Carter's grief over the untimely (late)demise of dog Rags is worsened by Paul's more hen clumsy attempts to sooth it. Written by KGF Vissers
