Due to the mayor's stealing accountant, Winston failed to make suitable charitable donations, so Charlie advises to set up a 'discrete' foundation and leak the news. Among the lunatic competitors, Ray's fake charity CASH easily wins, and he bluffs Charlie won't dare turn in his lousy runaway father as a crook. Carter's grief over the untimely (late)demise of dog Rags is worsened by Paul's more hen clumsy attempts to sooth it. Written by KGF Vissers
