Despite Mike's careful coaching, the mayor bumbles on TV about racism nd ends up making public his affair with his black secretary, a story even Mike can't control. Carter grudgingly plays along with his gay boxer-lover Bennett Jones, who promises to out himself once a champion but still poses as a womanizer. Stuart's big mouth lands him in the ring. Paul's cheapskate 'diet' disgusts Stacey, who lures him with free first ones to get addicted to her Italian grandmother's meatball sandwiches and chocolate cookies. Written by KGF Vissers

Many secrets in this episode.
12 January 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In this episode, the Mayor has been dating Janelle for a while but they have kept it a secret. When the Mayor goes on the show 'Politically Incorrect' he gets flustered and yells out that he is dating a black woman. Now the cat is out of the bag.

Carter has been seeing this boxer, Bennet Jones, and they are also keeping the relationship secret. Bennet wants to follow his dream and see if he can obtain a boxing career before coming out gay. So around the gym he's a hard-nose tough macho man and Carter is not happy with the secret.

There is also a filler where Paul gets hooked on Stacey's grandmothers meatball sandwich but that story was less amusing. There are some funny situations in the episode which makes for a entertaining watch. There was a part, the boxing match with Stuart, that seemed to go a while long and took away from an otherwise nice show. But that was a very minor detail and the show was still a fine watch for viewers.
