Storyline

Charlie is swamped with paperwork, yet the mayor drags him away to racquetball. Charlie gets too cranky to loose o purpose, but that crushes the mayor's confidence, which makes him an easy prey in the upcoming budget meetings, as proved by lacking inspiration to humiliatingly turns down Paul's annual raise request. So Charlie must allow Winston to pose as the bigger man who lost on purpose, but that goes wrong again. Meanwhile Carter's gay date for an art gala canceled the very day. Caitlin fails to find him a suitable stand-in, but Stuart goes the extra length, only to lose control of his creature. Written by KGF Vissers
