Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends

---Season 2. Episode 1.----

A COOL Episode For One of the Most Undervalued MARVEL Characters!!!!!!!

ICEMAN, one of the founding members of the X-Men both in the comic book and in some of the screen versions is also one of the most undervalued in the sense that he hasn´t got big roles inside the story-lines for TV and movies related to the MARVEL Universe as he has had in the comics.

Luckily for Robert (Bobby) Drake, "Frosty" (one of his nicknames) or ICEMAN, "Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends" seems to have been the exception to the rule, giving him one of the top 3 Superheroes in the story and it was very kind of Spidey, without any doubt one of the most polite heroes, to let him have the super STARRING ROLE for the first episode of this second season.

Alike most of the ORIGIN stories of the other X-Men, the story of Bobby begins with a guy who is very often full of sadness and confusion and for whom things begin to work out only very slowly. The story of Bobby is told to us after he begins losing his mutant powers and the SpiderFriends begin to investigate what´s happening. At the same time they have to find out how to defeat Videoman that just begun giving trouble again. Bobby will have to prove he is COOL even without his powers; it was without any doubt one of the best points of the episode how Bobby remained being useful for his team by using his smartness and initiative in the absence of his freezing capacities.

Thanks for reading.
