Storyline

Usually, Spenser works with the Boston Police. In this episode, one can briefly spot the Metropolitan Police in the background. The Metropolitan Police were a real agency in Massachusetts, known more appropriately the Metropolitan District Commission Police. They were responsible for patrolling Metro Boston's waterways, reservoirs, and parklands, all owned by the Metropolitan District Commission.
