Did You Know?

Capt. Shane Vansen: Lookin' for action. I'm a dead-stroke player going strong for the cheese. Won't fade with the nits or sharks. Got no time for hustles, lemonading, or stalling. Now, *who* in this room has the... *heart* to show me their speed?
Handsome Alvin: [like Clint Eastwood] They call me Handsome Alvin. This is my house. And in my house, attitudes like yours... get spanked.
Capt. Shane Vansen: Sounds like you got the plums... Alvin. Rack 'em.

Episode Trivia

**SPOILER** The movie TC McQueen watches while on R&R is the WC Feilds classic "The Fatal Glass of Beer". This movie is directed by Clyde Bruckman, a fact that appears to be important as the Bruckman's name is shown prominently for a moment on the screen McQueen is watching. "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose" is the title of a season 3 episode of The X-files, written by Darin Morgan. Darin Morgan is the brother of Glen Morgan, co-creator and writer of Space: Above and Beyond. This episode continues to be heavy with X-files moments, as David Duchovny guest-stars as an AI pool shark programmed to do a bad Clint Eastwood impression.
