Storyline

The latest extra-terrestials to be rescued by the Moon Alpha Base crew are Pasc and his young son Etrec. They are from the usually peaceful planet of Archaron and they claim that they are victims of a rebellion, engineered by Pasc's wife Lyra. However, Helena discovers that they have both been infected with a virus which makes them considerably less friendly and more deadly than their initial claim. Written by don @ minifie-1

Trivia

The voices of John Alkin and Michael Gallagher were both dubbed later by the actors, as both had heavy colds at the time of filming. You can see Gallagher coughing on the football in one scene. See more »

Goofs

After the Alphans rescue Pasc and Etrec and bring them to Medical, Dr. Russell records a status report in which she says that it is 640 days since the Moon has left the Earth's orbit. However, in previous episodes, she has given a figure almost twice as large. See more »

it's okay...

The show begins with Allen and some other guy in a cave on the Moon cutting away rock with what looks EXACTLY like a cheap telescope with a flashlight embedded in it! Talk about cheap! Well, regardless, inside the rock are a couple aliens that look a lot like ancient Assyrians (ask a history teacher if you don't know what I mean). Oddly, these aliens are alive--in some odd sort of cryogenic-like suspension. Why they are still alive and entombed like this not readily apparent. Tune in to find out more...if you'd like.

All in all, it's a fair episode--neither particularly good nor bad. However, there was one poor portion. Take a good look at the meteor scenes with Koenig and Maya in an Eagle. Despite great special effects in most of season one, here in season two, things were, at times, getting very, very cheesy. In fact, in this particular case, I'd say just plain bad!
