When Zoref breaks out of quarantine, he absorbs all the energy in the room. Somehow, he doesn't drain the battery in Dr. Russell's commlock. Obvious because you can hear the hum from it when she hits the button to open the door.
The position of the dead Dominix changes a little in relation to the big sign saying RADIATION that is written on the floor.

At 22:22 doctor closes a frozen person's eyes.
During the opening sequence when the crew is frozen in time, some can be seen swaying and hands moving.
Zoref makes it into a reactor, and moments later it overloads and explodes. Since the creature inside him absorbs energy, there should have been no such effect. At worst, the creature would have absorbed all the energy in the reactor's nuclear material and rendered it inert.
Having determined the threat Zoref poses, Koenig orders sidearms to be worn and issues a "shoot to kill" order. Considering that the command's sidearms are energy weapons and that Zoref's condition causes him to absorb energy (Koenig prevented Carter from shooting him previously for just that reason), this is an extremely foolish mistake.
Dr. Russell asks Dr. Matthias to fix what she thinks is a blown-out monitor panel. Since she believed it was a hardware problem, she should have called a technician. (Note: Even though Dr. Russell told Mathias to fix the monitor, she may have actually meant for him to arrange to have it fixed).
