Trivia

This adventure of Space Academy boasts one of the very few acting credits of Paula Wagner, who played Cadet Gina Corey. Wagner left acting to serve as a successful Hollywood agent, eventually teaming with her former client Tom Cruise to establish Cruise/Wagner Productions in 1993. Among the film's produced by Cruise and Wagner were Mission: Impossible (1996) and its sequels and War of the Worlds (2005). From 2006 to 2008 Wagner was co-owner and CEO of United Artists Entertainment, LLC. She has since established Chestnut Ridge, her own production company. See more »

Quotes

Gina Corey: Commander, I learned a very important thing today. Theories are fine, but what saved me out there was experience.
Cmdr. Isaac Gampu: Thank you, Gina. I learned a lesson, too. We all need the experience of age, which I have. And the exuberance of youth, which you have.
Gina Corey: [Humbly] Thank you, Commander.
