Tom's Rhinoplasty has the boys falling in love with a new substitute teacher named Ms.Ellen.This makes Wendy jealous because she is Stan's girlfriend.Everyone tries to hit on Mrs Ellen, including Chef who then finds out she is a lesbian.Chef will not tell the boys what that is, so the boys try to become lesbians themselves(funny scenes where they try to lick carpet and listen to some lesbian music).Meanwhile, Mr Garrison gets a nose job and all the girls start going crazy for him.He becomes a model but cannot stand the life of a good-looking person so he changes back. This episode shows how Wendy can go from innocent to pure evil.It is a funny and good South Park episode.
