Storyline

When the kids' school bus crashes and ends up hanging off the edge of a cliff, Miss Crabtree tells everyone to stay in the bus while she goes to get help. While they wait, the kids tell stories about their past adventures, although their versions don't quite match up with what actually happened. Meanwhile, Miss Crabtree has little success trying to get anyone to listen to her demands for help. Written by Jean-Marc Rocher <rocher@fiberbit.net>

A South Park Clip Show...with a twist
8 October 2008 | by (Canada(Montreal,Quebec)) – See all my reviews

City On The Edge Of Forever is sort of like a clip show of South Park.Only these flashback clips have some funny changes to them. What basically happens in the episode is the South park kids are going on a field trip. However, the bus crashes and the bus is teetering off the edge of a cliff.Mrs Crabtree the bus driver goes to get help and asks the kids to stay on the bus or else a big scary monster will eat them. She thinks its a lie, but there is a real big black monster which eats Kenny and another kid who does try to get off the bus. While they are on the bus, the kids recall past episodes, like a clip show only there are some differences, such as the inclusion of ice cream in every clip and ending every flashback with the line "Now That's What I Call A Sticky Situation".The changes are hilarious! Meanwhile, Crabtree goes to get help but ends up becoming a famous comedian. Also, the parents of South Park think the kids ran away from home and they all sing a dumb song to get them to come back(it is televised as well).City On The Edge Of Forever is a hilarious semi-clip show episode of South Park.
