Storyline

After Kyle gets sick, his mother hears about spiritual remedies from Stan's mother, and so begins taking Kyle for one quack remedy after another (from the new spiritual therapist in town, Miss Information) instead of getting him medical treatment. When she finally does take Kyle to a doctor, he tells them that Kyle's kidneys are failing and that he will need a transplant in order to survive. Unfortunately for Kyle, the only suitable donor is Cartman, who refuses to help him. Meanwhile, Mr. Garrison, having been fired for soliciting little Cartman for sex in the previous episode, decides to write a romance novel, "The Valley of the Penises." Guest Starring Cheech & Chong!
14 November 2008 | by (Canada(Montreal,Quebec)) – See all my reviews

Cherokee Hair Tampons is a fairly funny but also somewhat depressing South Park episode.Kyle is sick and needs a kidney transplant. However Kyle's mother is taking him to this new herbal medicine place. It is the new fad. They think it is making him better when it is really making him worse.Stan is sad because he wants to help his friend, he then finds out the only suitable kidney doner is Cartman.Cartman will not give it to Kyle because well...he's an a**hole! The herbal store is run by two characters who are voiced by Cheech & Chong!(for those who d'ont know cheech & chong, they were a stoner comedy duo like Harold & Kumar from the late 70's & early 80's).Meanwhile, the school decides to give Mr.Garrison a leave from teaching. So he decides to write a romance novel. However it turns out to be mostly about penises! This is a fairly good episode with some really funny moments(and also a bit of drama)!
