• The episode starts with Cartman's grandmother's funeral, which doesn't seem to phase him in the least. He acts bored throughout.

• Kyle develops a hemorrhoid and pops it when trying to climb the fence into Cartmanland. He screams in pain and runs home. He's later shown at the hospital, having lost the will to live.
