Awesome

This is by all means the best out of all the So Weird series. My favorite part was when the main character and the monster are talking and she asked him "why did you stay even though you knew about the flood??" then he answered "would you leave your home???" and it turned out all he wanted was the key to his home. When everyone who lived there first left to get away from the flood he stayed and eventually grew gills and survived just because he loved his home and didn't want to leave it behind. I thought this was weird but still sweet because I didn't understand how someone would risk their life to stay with their home.
