Trivia

In the beginning of 'Magnetic', Lex Luthor is discussing the investigation into the murders of Lionel Luthor's parents. His subordinate hands him a document, revealing that Chloe Sullivan has also been investigating the Luthor family history. Above Chloe's name however is a list of other names, some if not all of which are crew members for the show. See more »

Goofs

When Chloe accuses Lex of hiring Mason to steal back one of her computers, she says that, compared to Lionel, Lex is "euphemistically" the lesser of two evils. A euphemism is a word or phrase substituted for another in order to sound less offensive or harsh; Chloe more likely meant Lex is metaphorically the lesser of two evils. See more »

Quotes

Lana: Even though my compass was way off with Seth, he still had the courage to be honest with me.
Clark Kent: Then he used his abilities to manipulate you.
Lana: I am not condoning what he did. Believe me, I'm paying for it. It still felt good, caring for someone and... and having my feelings returned. I want that again.
Clark Kent: I don't expect you to wait forever for me.
Lana: Good. Because one of these days, someone's gonna come along that's right for me, and I'm going to want to be with that person. And you're gonna have to deal...

Magnetic Love
7 May 2006 | by See all my reviews

After being hit in the forehead by a snow ball containing flakes of meteor in a struggle, the teenager Seth Nelson (Kevin Zegers) is submitted to a magnetic resonance inspection, achieving magnetic abilities. He uses his powers to date and manipulate Lana Lang. Meanwhile, a snoopy investigator hired by Lex Luthor intrusively breaks in The Torch and finds that Chloe Sullivan is examining deeply the life of Lionel Luthor. Lex offers his protection to Chloe.

In this episode, again Clark Kent does not date Lana Lang, although they have a crush on each other. This ridiculous relationship is spoiling the episodes of the Third Season. The main story with Seth is good, and the involvement of Chloe with the Luthors is becoming tougher. My vote is eight.
