- Brian: [Brian and Henry Breedlove have just watched Macbeth played by Henry's understudy, after the diva-ish Henry walked out of the production] If I were you, I'd find Geoffrey tonight.
- Henry Breedlove: And say what?
- Brian: Say pleeeeeease let me play Macbeth.
- Henry Breedlove: I will not humiliate myself.
- Brian: Henry, there is only one reason to be an actor in the theatre. One. And it is the hope that one day you'll be in a production like this, to play that part, with this company of actors, under a director who cares as much about the play as Geoffrey obviously does. I'll set up the meeting. And I'll be there to hold your hand. And don't insult me by not attending.
