In a world with Howard Stern as president, adults over the age of thirty are treated as second class citizens who must then retire. However, he has seconds thoughts when he learns of this culture's desperate race to succeed before the mandatory retirement age. Arturo and Rembrandt handle curfew violations in a court of what is surely not their peers. Written by Mark D. Snyder
