Where's Dr. Rhodes?
16 October 2012 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

As I said in a previous review, this show was severely edited at times, and the endings can seem a bit rushed, and questions may not get answered, such as this episode. I assumed Gary Collins was in every episode, but he was nowhere to be found, as this aired on a station called MeTV. Perhaps Collins didn't star in this one, but according to the credits, several actors did, but they weren't in the version I just watched, so maybe there's truth to the show being edited. Sandra Dee(Alice)is the main star, as she's having visions of an old friend in some sort of trouble, and we get to see many shots of Alice's scared face, and more shots of a fire; this leads her to a local sheriff's office to do some poking around to help locate her friend, but he has no luck. An interesting scene has a local morgue worker(he looks the part too), trying to kidnap/scare/kill Alice in the dark night, but the mousy woman gets away, and eventually, she convinces the sheriff to find the girl's body(still alive)under a sheet in the morgue. The worker left her for dead after a car accident, but we're not given the exact circumstances, so again, blame the poor editing. The girl will be fine after a long recovery, and the worker got arrested. This show deserves some respect to at least have the entire episode aired instead of jamming everything together so quickly.
