Goofs

Assuming the global coordinates for the location of Steve's crashed plane are given in degrees and minutes (as opposed to degrees in decimal form), they indicate the Ogden-Hinckley Airport in Ogden, Utah (north of Salt Lake City). If Steve's plane had crashed there, it would have been found much more quickly than the episode implies. See more »

Quotes

Jody: Mister, are you crazy too?
Col. Steve Austin: Well that's a mighty big word for such a little girl.
Jody: Mama says everybody here is.
Col. Steve Austin: Well I bet if your mom tried real hard, she could find another word to use.

Who Am I?

Steve Austin(Lee Majors) is piloting a plane when he suffers a malfunction in his bionic arm that causes him to eject. After landing, he wanders onto a road, suffering from amnesia, and befriends a woman named Angie Walker(played by Sharon Farrell) who runs an experimental home for older patients who can no longer handle society. Unfortunately, local townspeople led by an evil grocery store owner named Horace(played by Robert Donner) will do anything to force them out, including murder, and it is a race against time if Oscar Goldman(Richard Anderson) can get him the help he needs... Thoughtful and unique episode would have worked just as well on "The Incredible Hulk", with the wandering man/super strength theme.
