Storyline
After he has crashed Chief Wiggum's car Bart is sentenced by severe female Judge Harm and ordered to be tethered to Homer - who has proved himself to be a bad parent - until further notice. When Homer and Marge attempt to untie the tether the judge humiliates them in public and they go to her houseboat to display a banner terming her a 'Meanie'. Unfortunately they sink the houseboat by mistake ,destroying her grandmother's quilt, but,before she can sentence them, Judge Harm is replaced by the more benevolent Judge Snyder. When Homer and Bart are tethered together and Bart has to bring Homer to school with him, Mrs. Krabappel tells Homer to try and sleep. Since nobody reviewed this episode I wanted to share my own thoughts on this hilarious episode! To be honest it's one of the most underrated Simpsons episode I know because this episode is so hilarious that it will make you laugh a lot, it's also pretty emotional on a good way.
"This review might tell you what happens on the episode. Watch the episode first before read the review!" It starts with Bart and Milhouse steals a police car and they get arrested, then they go to the kid court and Milhouse was lucky by not to go to juvenile. But suddenly another judge appear and she's way more strict than Judge Schneider. Well Bart does not get punishment to juvenile instead he and Homer has to wear a rope together and spend time together. It happens many funny moments after when they are free but because of Marge by cutting the rope with a knife. Then Homer and Marge receives a punishment for them for being bad parents.
Well nuff said, I don't want to spoil the ending, but i'm wondering if that is the reason why it didn't get higher point. C'mon its hilarious as heck, maybe not Emmy or Annie worth but still hilarious. See it! P.S. I would like to know what you think of this episode and why it was pretty underrated.
