Storyline

In disgrace for attending a forbidden rap concert,Bart pretends that he has been kidnapped whilst in reality hiding out at Milhouse's father's condo. After Bart has sent a message to Marge disguising his voice to sound like the kidnapper Chief Wiggum ingeniously locates him and is promoted for 'rescuing' him.
