Madam Wu says her father died a day before the Heimlich maneuver was invented. This puts his death in 1974. If the 2005 release date is the year the episode takes place in, this means Wu is a minimum of 30 years old. See more
The plot of the episode is centered around Selma using Homer as a fake husband to adopt a Chinese baby. However, she had a better solution living in her apartment.
