Lisa is making cupcakes for her teacher and her family is trying to take one. When Bart and Lisa go to school, the most feared bully, Nelson Muntz, and his goons appear and eat all of Lisa's cupcakes. Bart gets in a fight with him and gets beat up, trying to think of ways of how to beat Nelson. Bart goes to his grandpa for help, and they try to get some of Bart's friends to rebel against Nelson and his goons. Bart leads his team to fight Nelson and his goons and teach him a lesson. Mrs. Krabappel tells the class to remember the story of the boy who stuck his hand out of the window and had his arm ripped off by a truck going the other way. This could possibly be Herman, as he mentions that if Bart's teacher ever says not to stick his hand out of the window, he'd better not do it. See more

This episode ends with a disclaimer featuring Bart in a library telling the viewers about the reality of war and saying that the only good wars are The American Revolution, World War II, and the Star Wars trilogy and advising viewers to go to the library and look up info about war. Also the end credits roll over an exterior shot nighttime of the Simpsons' home instead of a black screen. See more
