Probably the best episode of the whole show

I was astonished by Glenn Close's performance from the first episode of the fourth season. She would have deserved an Emmy Award for her astounding performance as a police captain. She is absolutely outstanding, awesome in this character, a man leading woman, tough, rough, ruthless but so human in the same time. And this very ending episode reveals her in a more poignant way. I was literally smashed, devastated by her performance, I mean the last scene between her and Mackey. Whao!!!! If there would be a season, all time favourites in all the series I have seen, that would be this one.

I don't know what to say more, I am speechless.

Glenn Close has never been better. Never.
