Sickness
17 December 2010 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

We never found out what sort of sickness they have, but I suspect maybe it was Yellow Fever or something similar. There were so many sicknesses back then. In reality, however, I would think that Tom should have been isolated from Shane and Marian as well. Shane and Marian were obviously sick, and by being around others, they could be spreading the disease and not know it.

In my last review, I commented that Ryker was tough and hated the sod- busters, but he was honest. However, in this episode he was pretty much stating that he didn't care if Marian lived or died. He knew she was sick and needed the medicine, yet he was looking out for himself and his men when they weren't even sick. I'm glad Shane went to take that medicine from him!

In all, a great episode! I reckon the drummer got what he deserved in the end.
