It was a strange one
20 January 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This episode started out good. A couple drunks got a little out of control and accidentally set a house on fire. Marian was visiting her friend and husband. They got out of the house okay, but her friend realized her kitten was still inside and ran in after it. She didn't make it out alive.

The two drunks were sorry, but Ryker feared their safety and told them they'd have to leave. Beofre they could leave, however, one of them was shot down by the dead woman's husband.

The strange part of this entire episode is the preacher that shows up. I never really did understand the conflict that came up. He didn't side with Shane and thought Shane was being terribly wrong. Unfortunately, this minister learned a hard lesson at the end that totally changed his life...

Mainly, I didn't think the minister's whole dramatic story jived well with the story...
