Storyline

When local resident Lillian Tyler's husband dies Frank suggests he impersonate him to keep her benefits but CCTV footage of drug-dealing Bernie being shot scotches that and,worse,his accidental killer is Carl so once more the family rally to save one of their own from arrest. Kash stands for the local council,defeating corrupt opponent Bernie Creme when the latter gives a racist outburst in the Jockey,where Frank and Sheila have 'contrived' to win a holiday in the raffle.
