Carrie has another date with Ray King at his place, and confesses she doesn't really like jazz, because it makes no sense; she tells the girls she had the most intense orgasm in her life. Miranda claims to have sworn of sex indefinitely; her alternatives are sweets and TV, rapidly becoming a chocoholic. Samantha declares she has a relationship- with Maria! She tries to be passionate as always, but is told to make love, not porn scenes- and is quit happy learning about lesbian-style lust in a relationship. Charlotte and Trey get active in bed again, and then in other rooms; he's happy again, she gets so frustrated she runs back to her apartment, but in the morning accepts to 'marry again'. Carrie reaches the conclusion she can't really talk with Ray, and decides to break up, rather then just become one of his many soon tossed away instruments. Written by KGF Vissers

Did You Know?

Miranda: I know you're probably busy having mind-blowing sex, but I feel you need to know that your good friend, Miranda Hobbes, has just taken a piece of cake out of the garbage and eaten it. You'll probably need this information when you check me into the "Betty Crocker Clinic."

Another Not-So-Interesting Filler Episode
5 September 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Everyone is having sex except Miranda. She's on a sex strike because she's tired of going on bad dates so she substitutes sex with chocolate. She finally ends her strike and masturbates.Carrie is having mind blowing sex with Ray, the jazz club owner, in hopes of forming a relationship.Charlotte is having great sex with Trey but is angry with him for not asking him to move in with him. He later comes to see her and not only does he ask her to move in with her but he also asks her to re-marry him, she accepts.Samantha decides to give relationships a try because she really likes Maria. She tells Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda that she's in a lesbian relationship and they support her when she tells them that she wants to have sex when it feels right. It apparently feels right rather quickly because the following day she's telling them about how great sex with another woman is.All of these happens in What's Sex Got to Do with It?

This is a continuation of the previous not-so-interesting filler episode.Aside from Carrie dating a musician who is actually suffering from ADHD and Samantha still going out with a lesbian,we also see improvements in the bedroom experience between Charlotte and Trey which I believe should have been addressed in earlier episodes.Aside from that,I think that Miranda's action are not at all funny but rather impertinent from my point of view.In the end, everything that happens here does not do deeply into the four main characters of the show.
