Carrie finds Aleksandr's old-world romantic attention a little overwhelming. Miranda prepares for her non-traditional wedding to Steve. Charlotte and Harry's romantic French dinner leads to a night of the runs. Samantha considers a breast augmentation and receives some unexpected news.All of these events happen in The Ick Factor.

In this episode,Charlotte continues to recover from her miscarriage and was happy to do so by having a romantic dinner with Harry.Also,we get to see Carrie shocked to learn something new about Aleksandr.Aside from that,we get to see Miranda and Steve start to get to together once again and prepare for a wedding.This will definitely delight the viewers who are a fan of their relationship.Finally,we get to see Samantha shocked when Jerry express his true feelings for her.
