Carrie ponders the theory that all Manhattan men are freaks. After Samantha found out an eligible lawyer has a masochistic closet, she decides too cheer up herself by scheduling having her fanny's fat injected in her facial cheeks. When Carrie meets charming journalist Ben, she doubled-dates with his mate Luke and Miranda.—KGF Vissers

Samantha dates Harrison (Marc Kudisch) who is a litigator. Harrison specializes in sexual harassment and during sex he jokes with Samantha that she would be the perfect client as most sexual harassment cases are brought by older women. Samantha is offended when Harrison says that Samantha looks like she is 40-41 years old. She leaves when she realizes that Harrison is into weird sex stuff.

Miranda claims that men are freaks. If they are single when they hit 30, it only means that they are being weeded out and being prevented from propagating the species.

Carrie turns freakish herself after dating a string of freaky guys. The man who yells for every silly reason at strangers, the man with no soul, the millionaire who steals, the man who makes documentaries but wants to be a millionaire and so on. Carrie meets Ben at a chance encounter in the NYC park. They go out for a date.

Carrie & Ben go a double date. Carrie invites Miranda and Ben invites his friend, Luke (David Wike). Luke is the "Manhattan Guy," a guy who hasn't left Manhattan in ten years. He hates all things "country". Miranda leaves as she is disgusted by Luke and calls him a freak.

Later Miranda tells Carrie that if Luke is a freak, then chances are Ben is one too. Carrie tries to find something wrong with Ben, but he is perfect. He even has a Tweety bird tattoo on his arm. Carrie gets obsessed and ran-sacks Ben's apartment to find out what wrong with him. She finds a box, which is locked, and she can't open it. She fears that the box may have some illicit photos, an old marriage license or even some old love letters. Ben finds her going through his stuff and says the box has some old badge collections. Carrie ends up freaking out the very normal Ben (Ian Kahn) when trying to discover his secret freak nature. Carrie realizes she is the freak.

Charlotte dates the renowned "Mr. P**SY Mitchell Saylor (Charlie Schroeder) and tries to make a real relationship out of it. Samantha has heard of him, and that he loves going down on women. Charlotte is impressed that Mitchell has good word of mouth from all women he has dated before but Is not OK to have a purely sexual relationship with him. By the 5th night Charlotte is having 7 orgasms per night with Mitchell. She loves it. Samantha warns Charlotte against falling in love with Mr P**SY. You enjoy him and set him free. But Charlotte was cornering Mr. P**SY for herself Charlotte is not about to give up and goes on a date with Mitchell. Mitchell doesn't say a word all through lunch. He gets frisky with the fruit.

Samantha meets an "old" friend of hers, who has had plastic surgery to inject her rear end fat into her face. She looks fabulous. Samantha decides to get plastic surgery and gets rear end fat injected into her face. She consults the doctor about what else she could do, and the doctor marks all the spots which do or will need fixing. She looks at herself in the mirror and freaks out as she sees nothing but lines on her body.
