After a surveying assignment, skin-diver Lloyd Bridges (as Mike Nelson) enjoys a rare date with police chief's daughter Jovon Monteid (as Nita Giardo). She enjoys riding on Mr. Bridges' "sea scooter" but just as he is moving in for a kiss, duty calls. Bridges is off to deal with the kidnapping which opened the half-hour. Posing as shipwrecked sailors, vicious Christopher Dark (as Costa) and his gang have kidnapped South American diplomat Rodolfo Hoyos Jr. (as Juan Carlos Avilar) and wife Margarita Cordova. "Capture of the Santa Rosa" seems like too much plot for the time slot.
