Good, mostly set in the Hospital. Best one line quote.

J.D. rides to work on a mini motorcycle, because his scooter is in the workshop.- Janitor is having a bath on the roof and Todd tries to join him. Todd ends up with a 4 story high wedgie by the Janitor.- Elliot's patient is suffering from abdominal pains. Not knowing how to treat him, hands him over to Turk. He suggests exploratory surgery. Turk finds nothing wrong with the patient.- J.D.'s patient is dying and there is nothing they can do for her. He makes a rookie mistake in telling her this and Dr Cox tells him so, almost to his delight.- J.D. is doing a lot of day dreaming, including his Dr. Acula story.- Carla is organising the staff annual photograph, but why does the Janitor ruin it for her by shining sun light from a mirror into the camera. Could it be that he wasn't included.- J.D. gets advice from Dr. Kelso, about his terminally ill patient and her age.-- Giving Carla and Turk's baby making a rest. No appearance of Ted an Jordan in this episode. Set all in the hospital.

Best lines/quote: Turk,to his surgery patient; "mind if I cut you open", followed by them both screaming "aaahhh". Cox to J.D. about their dying female patient; "Never make assumptions based on your own perceptions". I think this is the best one line quote, from the season.
