Storyline

Cox and Kelso still have some issues since Cox punched him a week earlier, and Kelso is still squeaking. Although JD is now starting with the third year; he still needs Dr. Cox's help identifying a patients problem, so the four of them do every single test trying to figure it out. Elliot has some issues with her self confidence, so she buys a car, she meets Sean again, and she goes into a transformation moment that changes both her looks and behavior, so she provides some big help to JD in his patient's problem. Elliot realises she's getting pushed around way too often and regarded as incapable of helping without making a disaster of it.Meanwhile,J.D has a patient and has absolutely no idea what's wrong with her.So he rounds up Carla and Turk to help him do every test possible on this patient.Elliot offers help but is turned down yet again.So she decides to do something about it.She tears her room to pieces,gets a hair cut and gets a new style.Back at the hospital, J.D,Carla and Turk are stuck because one of the doctors is refusing to let them use his machines and has a real tantrum about it...in enters Elliot.She gives him a speech that blows everyone away.Turk and Carla rave about it and leave J.D's feelings for Elliot to pour back into him.He goes out about to ask Elliot out but Sean (Elliot's Ex-Boyfriend) beats him to it.
