Premise Nearly Incomprehensible
24 July 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

A group of scientists, working on a project involving an advanced transistor find that suddenly two of their members succumb to medical emergencies. One has a colon condition while the other is suffering from a bad appendix. When brought to surgery, the surgeons find that these men are perfectly healthy. In addition to these, an additional victim suffers from a worse condition; she is a young woman who suddenly has a serious, life threatening brain aneurysm. She is going to need surgery too, but hers has a significant deadline. If the guess is bad, she will die. Once again, the quick thinking of the remaining physicists is beyond believable. The solution is so far-fetched as to be laughable. Not that it could not happen but that anyone could possible puzzle it out so quickly.
