Probably the Most Insensitive Person on the Face of the Earth
Hitchcoc17 July 2013
Here we go again. Another scientist, working twenty-four hours a day, trying to find a way to direct photons to help and destroy. He also believes he can convert energy to matter. Meanwhile, his adoring wife hangs in there with him. I don't know why. He is so absorbed that he goes beyond the limits, even for this show. What he is not aware of is the illness his wife is carrying, some glandular malfunction that has given her a death sentence. Had she died he probably wouldn't have noticed for several days. There is some debate about the rights of men to explore the creation of the universe. What is even more interesting than the episode is Truman Bradley, looking over his gigantic Bible (Genesis has apparently moved more toward the middle) and trying to explain the creation of the universe. He uses pinwheels, the ones we see at fireworks displays to show how Earth came to be. Big Bang anyone?
