Basil Rathbone's shining more than his boots
searchanddestroy-16 June 2016
Warning: Spoilers
What a simple but exceptional episode with this so unforeseeable scheme. I won't repeat it, because you have already read it in the summary line, and it has been explained far better than I would have done. It is a story with some flashbacks and the present line takes place aboard a plane, just before the characters survive the crash in open sea and try to make it in a lifeboat. Good character study with a Basil Rathbone at his very best. Please, don't miss any of his moves, his words; he is so exquisite. Another version of Vincent Price or Georges Sanders, whom I would have perfectly imagined in this role. So Cynical, so cold and bitter as for themselves as the others.

A little gem which is forbidden to miss.
