Storyline

At Space Camp, the gang is divided into two teams: the Red Team consisting of Ryan, Eric, and Katie and the Yellow Team, consisting of Rachel, Maria, and Nicky. Mr. Belding supervises the Red Team while Screech supervises the Yellow, and the two soon become overly competitive over who can build a better rocket. Two campers from another class are added to the teams when they miss graduation, with Mary Beth Pepperton joining the Red Team and Amy Wright joining the Yellow. Ryan quickly grows close to Mary Beth. Mr. Belding sends them out in his car to get supplies for the rocket, and when the car breaks down, they end up kissing, leaving Ryan to decide whether to tell Rachel or not.
