Carroll O' Connor fits right in on the Christmas edition of "Laugh-In"

On this Christmas edition of "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In", special guest star was Carroll O'Connor from "All in the Family". So of course when Dan & Dick introed him, he'd say a holiday greeting to people of all races and creeds then putting his Archie Bunker hat on, say they should go back to where they came from! He also appeared as Santa Claus with him in a running skit of him on a chair having the slender Ann Elder on his lap! I'm sure that was a fun time for him! As Santa, he's also the victim of Gladys' purse-hitting when she dreams of being married to him! Also appearing are Janet Leigh and Bing Crosby who plugs his NBC Christmas special for the night after the broadcast of this ep of "Laugh-In". Of course, he puts plenty of digs at his friend and Road series co-star Bob Hope in there! In summary, this was another hilarious ep of "Laugh-In.
